Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items
Every Bright Future item is made to order especially for you.
If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition. Return postage for change-of-mind or sizing returns is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct instructions.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly printed, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange a complimentary replacement or refund.
Personalised products cannot normally be returned unless they are damaged, defective or incorrect. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Expected Delivery Times
Every item is produced on demand before being dispatched. Your estimated delivery time includes both production and shipping.
Typical delivery estimates:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- United States and Canada: 4–8 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery may take longer during busy periods, public holidays or when a product needs to be produced outside the destination country.
You will receive tracking information by email when it is available. Orders containing different products may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Bright Future delivers to more than 200 countries and regions worldwide.
Our clothing is produced through a global network of production partners. Whenever possible, your order is made close to the delivery destination, helping to reduce travel distance, delivery time and unnecessary emissions.
Some products or delivery services may not be available in every location. The available shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
